How To Install Themes in Windows 7

• Visit Microsoft Themes Gallery by Clicking Here
• Download any theme of your choice.
• Click on the theme setup.It will Automatically get installed.
• You can change the themes from Start->Control Panel->Appearance and Personalization->Change The Theme

After you apply a theme it will change your desktop Background,Windows Color and System sounds.So personalize your computer as per your needs.
